NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VESTING ORDER
TO THE HEIRS, EXECUTORS AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OF JOHN WILLIAM STEELE (Date of Death: October 6, 1934)
RE: Those lands and premises municipally known as 1269 Old Highway 8, Flamborough, ON and legally described as: PT LT 7, CON BEVERLY, AS IN BV7055; DESCRIPTION MAY NOT BE ACCEPTABLE IN FUTURE AS IN BV7055; FLAMBOROUGH CITY OF HAMILTON, being all of PIN 17539-0205 (LT).
TAKE NOTICE THAT ANNA KATHERINE MACKY, MICHAEL MACKY AND EILEEN MACKY (the “Applicants”) intend to apply to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a vesting order to be entered as the registered owners of the above-described land.
AND TAKE NOTICE THAT any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said land or any part of it is required on or before January 17, 2025 to submit a written notification to the Applicants’ solicitor, which sets out the nature and extent of the interest claimed, together with all evidence, documents, or legal provisions and precedents relied upon in support of the claim, directed to the following address:
