Construction Activity
To improve drainage and support track stability, CN will be installing three new culverts along the existing CN mainline between Britannia Road and Derry Road. This work will involve site preparation, excavation, culvert installation, and track reinstatement.

Night work is scheduled to minimize disruption to mainline operations.
What to Expect
- During this period, nearby residents may experience the following impacts:
- Noise from construction equipment and machinery
- Backup alarms on construction equipment and vehicles
Lighting in the work area (positioned away from residential areas)
Efforts will be made to complete night construction as quickly as possible. Hours of Night Work Construction will occur from 8:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. from Tuesday, November 26 to Saturday, November 30, 2024.
