Lindsay Gordon’s journey with yoga began in 2008, igniting a passion that transcended the physical benefits to deeply enrich her mind, heart, and soul. Extensive travels, especially in Nicaragua, where she completed her teacher training, provided her with greater clarity, abundance, and self-awareness. She studied under diverse teachers, honing her practice and embracing the philosophies that most resonated with her.
In her classes, Lindsay emphasizes alignment, breath, core stability, and joint mobility through creative and fun sequencing. She guides her students to explore their edge mindfully, encouraging them to evolve their practice while honoring their bodies. Every class is an opportunity to deepen awareness, using mindfulness and props to create a practice that feels true and empowering.
