Businesses across Hamilton will be impacted by the looming U.S. tariff changes - and the city’s Economic Development Development division wants their feedback.

The department has distributed a survey through the Flamborough, Stoney Creek and Hamilton chambers of commerce to gather feedback on how businesses of all sizes will be affected, including their operations and supply chains, and their overall business strategies to address the potential policy changes.

According to a message distributed through the Flamborough Chamber of Commerce newsletter, data collected from the survey will help shape Hamilton’s advocacy efforts at the provincial and federal levels.

The questionnaire has fewer than 15 questions and will take about five minutes to complete. All individual responses will remain confidential, and aggregated data will be published and shared with policy makers and elected officials.

The Tariff Impact Questionnaire will be open until Feb. 28.
