The third annual ChristmasFest promises plenty of holiday fun, along with a chance to get in some last-minute shopping this Saturday.
The holiday market, organized by This Great City, runs Dec. 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Marritt Hall at the Ancaster Fairgrounds.
Along with 150 local vendors, the event will features plenty of family-friendly fun, including live carollers, a Kid Zone packed with games and activities for children and delicious food options.
ChristmasFest organizers say the event is designed to bring the community together in the spirit of the season, and they are asking visitors to bring along unexpired, non-perishable food items to help "stuff the bus" for Community Services Food Bank. They will also be accepting donations for Partners Worldwide Charity.
