It is with very heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt and friend, after a very courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Hoffner (the love of her life), and her dear brother Bill. Donna will be forever in the hearts of her loving children Debbie (Ken) and Bradley, her grandchildren Lucas (Emma), Jesse (Taylor), Becky (Chris) and Brooke (Derick), and great grandchildren to Grayson, Josie, Maggie and Johnny. Dearly missed by her sister Gail and brother Bob (Deb). Fondly remembered by the Hoffner family and her many nieces and nephews, as well as her life-long friends.
Donna enjoyed life, over the years she followed her favourite sport teams faithfully, she loved playing golf with her girlfriends, going to the bingo, watching her soaps, and so much more. Donna adored her family and never wanted to be a burden on anyone. A sweet caring person who will be truly missed but never forgotten.
We would like to pass along a special ‘thank you’ to Barb (Doug), the Palliative Care Team (especially, Mui and Charlotte), Dr. Thompson, the wonderful people at Margaret’s Place Hospice and to her special loving and caring friends.
