It was a full house at the Snake Road private school as members from 4 local chambers of commerce visit

Laureate College on Snake Road was packed with visitors on Wednesday for a special joint Business After 5 event hosted by the Flamborough, Burlington, Hamilton and Stoney Creek Chambers of Commerce.

The Grade 9-12 non-denominational private school, which opened in the historic Notre Dame convent in 2022, also hosted an open house for families with students in Grade 8 on the same day.

Students were on hand to provide tours of the 150,000 square-foot building, and visitors enjoyed food and refreshments. Laureate College Principal Bev Ohashi welcomed chamber members with a short presentation, and several guests went home with door prizes sponsored by chamber members.
