Mandarin Restaurants, including the one on Fairview Street in Burlington, will be offering a free buffet at all of its locations across Ontario on Monday, July 1, as part of both Canada Day festivities and the chain's 45-year anniversary in Canada.
The restaurant will operate on a first-come, first-served system from noon to 8 p.m. and feature more than 100 of its classic dishes.
Soft drinks, tea and coffee will also be provided to guests for free, and both take-out and delivery will still be available at participating restaurants.
Mandarin Restaurants currently has 30 locations in Ontario, including its first restaurant in Brampton which opened in 1979.
The popular chain expects to see large crowds on the day, and all guests in each party will have to stay in line together in order to ensure that they have a spot. The restaurants won’t be accepting reservations on July 1.
