A motorcyclist was thrown between 50 and 70 feet off their bike after crashing, leaving the rider with serious injuries.
The incident occurred before noon on Tuesday on Snake Road near Old York Road. Burlington Fire and Halton Police were called to the scene to stabilize the male rider.
The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the incident.
